Apéndice F‑3 — Simulacro Part 3 (100 preguntas)
Part 3 — Representation, Practices and Procedures · Tax year 2025 · Ley vigente al 31 de diciembre de 2025
Instrucciones
- En el formato "All of the following …

[Dominio PSI: Representation before the IRS] [Capítulo: 20.5]

[Dominio PSI: Representation before the IRS] [Capítulo: 22.1]

El Form 656‑L (doubt as to liability) no lleva fee ni pago inicial. [Dominio PSI: Representation before the IRS] [Capítulo: 20.8]

|---|---|---|---|
| 90–100 | 90–100 % | ~700–800 | Excelente. Estás listo. Mantén el repaso ligero. |
| 85–89 | 85–89 % | ~640–690 | Muy bien. Repasa solo los dominios donde fallaste. |
| 80–84 | 80–84 % | ~600–640 | Meta alcanzada. Puedes agendar el examen. |
| 75–79 | 75–79 % | ~560–600 | Aprobarías, pero sin margen. Refuerza 2 semanas más. |
| 70–74 | 70–74 % | ~500–550 | Zona de riesgo: estás justo en la línea. No agendes todavía. |
| 60–69 | 60–69 % | ~430–500 | Repruebas o apruebas por casualidad. Repasa capítulos completos. |
| < 60 | < 60 % | < 430 | Vuelve al estudio de fondo antes de repetir un simulacro. |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Practices and Procedures | 31 | ____ | ____ % | 26 de 85 (31 %) | Cap. 18 (practice before the IRS, EA, PTIN, CE, deberes de Circular 230, honorarios, conflictos, registros del cliente) y Cap. 19 (§10.51, OPR y proceso disciplinario, frívolos, fraude, penalidades del preparador §6694/§6695, due diligence) |
| 2. Representation before the IRS | 29 | ____ | ____ % | 25 de 85 (29 %) | Cap. 20 (Form 2848, 8821, CAF, privacidad §6103/§7216), Cap. 21 (construcción del caso, capacidad de pago, Collection Financial Standards, documentación, jerarquía de autoridad) y Cap. 22 (estatutos ASED/RSED/CSED, math error, CP2000, notice of deficiency, summons, FOIA, evasión vs. elusión, TAS, robo de identidad, límites judiciales) |
| 3. Specific Areas of Representation | 24 | ____ | ____ % | 20 de 85 (24 %) | Cap. 23 (proceso de cobranza, installment agreements, OIC, CAP, CDP, lien, levy, CNC, TFRP, pasaporte, claims) y Cap. 24 (abatement de penalidades e intereses, examen, RAR, 30‑day letter, Appeals, carga de la prueba, 90‑day letter) |
| 4. Filing Process | 16 | ____ | ____ % | 14 de 85 (16 %) | Cap. 25 (exactitud y software, retención de registros, WISP y Security Six, EFIN y suitability, mandato de e‑file, ERO, niveles de infracción, Form 8879 y 8453, rechazos e IP PIN) |
| Total | 100 | ____ | ____ % | 85 |
| Intento | Fecha | Total /100 | D1 /31 | D2 /29 | D3 /24 | D4 /16 | Tiempo usado |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | |||||||
| 2 | |||||||
| 3 |
